SBW Project Services Limited was founded in 2025 by Stephen White.

Stephen has worked in the construction industry his entire working life, almost 40 years, and has extensive experience in management roles spanning several sectors within the construction industry.

Stephen firmly believes that the key to a successful project is having a content team who work well together with support at all levels.  Comfortable in the detail, 
Stephen likes to lead by example and work within a good processes and systems environment.

Stephen is married to Caroline, and has a teenage daughter.  In his spare time Stephen enjoys progressing himself professionally and personally.  He regularly visits the gym and enjoys long walks in the woods with the family dog.
