SBW Project Services Limited was founded in 2025 by Stephen White.

Stephen brings nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong track record in management roles across multiple sectors.  He has been responsible for overseeing delivery, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

He believes successful projects are built on well managed teams, clear communication, and strong support at every level.  Known for being hands-on and detail focussed, Stephen leads by example and works within structured processes and systems to maintain consistency and control throughout each stage of delivery. 

Stephen lives with his wife Caroline and their teenage daughter. Outside of work, he focuses on personal and professional development, regularly attends the gym, and enjoys long walks with the family dog.
